EZ Brite Cooktop Cleaner received good marks from Consumer Reports. Seven cleaners were compared for effectiveness in areas such as cleaning smudges, spills and tough, burnt-on foods. The report concluded that a specialty cleaner is necessary if you want your glass or ceramic cooktop to retain its mirror finish.
